Flex Wizard ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, Flex Wizard ("the App"), and our related website pages such as the FAQ and help pages ("the Site").

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App. However, if you contact us for support, we may collect the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address or other contact details. When you use the in-app "Contact us" feature and select the "Problem report" template, the App can attach two small log files (capped at about 1 MB each) to your support email. These files are stored locally on your device and are only included in your email if you leave the "Attach diagnostic logs" checkbox ticked in the dialog. The logs contain technical information such as device model andscreen size, where the App tapped on screen during clicker actions, the price / duration / station code of Amazon Flex offers the App observed while running, and App state changes (e.g. paused / active, foreground app). You can review and remove the attachments in your email app before sending, or untick the checkbox in the dialog so that no log file is attached at all.
