Flex Wizard ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, Flex Wizard ("the App"), and our related website pages such as the FAQ and help pages ("the Site").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App. However, if you contact us for support, we may collect the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address or other contact details. Diagnostic logs in problem reports. When you use the in-app "Contact us" feature and select the "Problem report" template, the App can attach two small log files (capped at about 1 MB each) to your support email. These files are stored locally on your device and are only included in your email if you leave the "Attach diagnostic logs" checkbox ticked in the dialog. The logs contain technical information such as device model andscreen size, where the App tapped on screen during clicker actions, the price / duration / station code of Amazon Flex offers the App observed while running, and App state changes (e.g. paused / active, foreground app). The logs do not contain your email address, password, name, Amazon account credentials, photos, or location. You can review and remove the attachments in your email app before sending, or untick the checkbox in the dialog so that no log file is attached at all.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may collect certain information automatically, including:

Device Information: Model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app version.
App Usage Data: Features accessed, navigation patterns, and interaction within the App.

We do not collect or share sensitive personal information such as financial data, contacts, or other private content on your device.

1.3 Analytics and Cookies (on our Site)

Our website pages (such as the FAQ and help pages) use Google Analytics for Firebase, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the pages so we can improve them. This is anonymous usage measurement and is not tied to your identity. Specifically, we record:

Page views (that a page such as the FAQ was opened).
Which FAQ questions you expand, and roughly how long a question stays open.
The in-app button or source that brought you to the page (a "from" tag indicating which screen in the App linked you here).
Standard analytics data automatically gathered by Google, including device type, operating system, browser, language, and approximate location (country/region) derived from your IP address. Google uses your IP address to estimate location and does not retain it in Google Analytics for the long term.

To do this, Google Analytics stores a cookie or similar identifier in your browser. By using our Site, you consent to this anonymous usage tracking. You can opt out at any time (see Section 7). Data sent to Google is processed under Google's own policies — see Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and maintain the App.
Improve the functionality and user experience of the App.
Respond to your inquiries or support requests.

3. Permissions

Flex Wizard may request the following permissions to provide its features:

3.1 Accessibility Service

The App requires Accessibility Service to enhance your productivity within the Amazon Flex platform. This permission allows automated interactions for app-specific features, such as AI-powered navigation and task assistance.

3.2 Storage Access

We may request storage access to save calendar data and app settings.

Note: Permissions are used solely to enable the App’s functionality. No data is shared externally.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Our Site does use Google Analytics for Firebase, which processes the anonymous usage data described in Section 1.3 under Google's own privacy policy. The App may also utilize libraries or frameworks that operate in compliance with their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We do not store personal data on our servers. App data such as calendar entries are stored locally on your device and can be deleted by you at any time. Anonymous analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained by Google according to our analytics configuration and Google's policies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access or delete any data stored locally by the App.
Revoke permissions granted to the App at any time through your device settings.
Opt out of website analytics by using your browser's privacy controls (blocking cookies), a tracking blocker, or Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You may also simply not use our help/FAQ pages if you prefer no analytics.
